Polly Waterfield
Biography
After studying violin with Orrea Pernel and early music with Francis Baines, Polly Waterfield spent the first part of her career playing mainly baroque and renaissance music. She then lived in a community for several years where she became interested in the ways in which people learn. Returning to music she put her energy into music education and composition. More recently Polly has trained as a Suzuki teacher and now lives in Cambridge, where she divides her time between her private teaching practice and her other love, printmaking.
