‘Five varied pieces, in modern or popular styles, demanding a good deal of partnership with the piano. Vibrato and positions up to 4th would make for better performances, though most pieces would be playable in first position. The most exciting piece is “Tongue-twister”, using 5/8, 6/8 and 4/4 time signatures, needing a good rhythmic sense. Good value for the price and worth a look at.’ ESTA News and Views
