Terry Seabrook
Biography
Terry Seabrook studied music at Sussex University with a year scholarship to study jazz at Eastman School of Music, New York. His performing career started in 1985 touring Europe and the Middle East with US jazz singer Joe Lee Wilson.
Since then Terry has recorded and performed throughout the UK with his own Latin group Cubana Bop as well as performing in a variety of jazz groups with UK and US artists.
Terry is very active in music education and appears each year as piano tutor at The Jamey Abersold Summer School. He writes regularly for television, animated film and advertising and has contributed pieces to the new ABRSM jazz grades for piano and to the Trinity/Rock School Popular Piano graded exam pieces.
