Beethoven: Launch and New York Times Article
The new edition of Beethoven:The 35 Piano Sonatas, edited by Barry Cooper, was launched at the Wigmore Hall on 7 December 2007. The launch was presented by John Suchet. Barry Cooper talked about the new edition and David Ward, professor at the Royal College of Music, discussed his approach to fingering. Performances were given by pianists Martin Roscoe and Andrew Aarons on a modern piano and fortepiano.
